OUR HONEST OPINION ON THE SALE OF GUITARS ON THE INTERNET

The Internet is a great communication tool but to buy a guitar of the net just to save a few quid (not always the case any way we all generally have the same price structure)The suppliers are now on many occasions giving better deals to independent real shops than some of the fantasy world websites which some people within this small industry think is going to make them millionaire's overnight believe me this is not the case with any off them The end result usually means the customer receives no back up service often the goods are not actually stcoked and in many cases over the last few years the website suddenly becomes non existent be careful

DON'T BE A FLOP BUY FROM A SHOP

Unlike many other websites that show masses of guitars but really only stock 1 or 2 and wait for the orders we do carry a lot of stock and principally believe that it's no good looking at a pic you must try before you buy that is why a lot of the guitars we stock are restricted to independent shops .I had one case of a guy who purchased a guitar of me he rang me back to say he had seen it on a website £30 cheaper he was OK as I had given £40 worth of extras and full after sale back up service but I still decided to investigate .I rang up the supplier only to find they had never even supplied this website and would not as it was not a legitimate shop.The website looked amazing!! what is going on I asked myself also the amount of dodgy deals I have witnessed coming through the door of my shop from ebay sales amazes me they have just got a problem now its time for the shop ,however we do sell on ebay but make a big point of letting the customer know it is a shop of 20years trading check me out hesslecoolchords ebay nothing but excellent comments
